A video tutorial on how to unlock, open and start a 2017 – 2023 Chevy Malibu that has a dead key battery or a remote key fob that isn’t working. There is an emergency key located in the bottom of your Chevrolet Malibu remote key fob. You will remove the key from the remote key fob and use it in key cylinder located on the Chevy Malibu driver’s door. Then you will need to start your Chevrolet Malibu by placing the remote key fob in the transmitter pocket in the center console.

Can u use another malibu emergemcy key to unlock it incase u locked both dead keys in your car?
2020 Chevy Malibu. I’m standing here stupid. Couldn’t figure out how to open the door to save my life. I called several unreliable people who never answered their phones. Then I googled.
