  1. Give Jack some love for coming on and being so transparent with his money šŸ™‚ Check out his Instagram linked in the description and the Iced Coffee Hour Podcast.

Sorry for being in his frame so much, I guess I was very into the conversation :p love you all! And yes… longest video I think I will ever do – lots of banter haha

  2. I'm loving the Culver's rep, Caleb, and yes – Culver's FRIES are hands down the best – but I've never been especially impressed by their burgers šŸ¤”

  3. Hes got a ROTH thast hes been maxing out, while making 300k annually?! I really hope hes rolled it because hes WAYYYYY over the income limit to contribuite to a ROTH. one of the easier ways to get Audited when youre a high earner..

  4. It's always the finance bro's who leave California and say it's going down hill. The issue is the people who leave are never the ones who do anything like community volunteering to understand how CA got where it is. I'm from Michigan trust me there's a lot that makes CA better, but I also have a lot of friends from Nevada that I went to college with in Colorado and they would never send their kids to school there so where as they may enjoy Nevada now, will they enjoy it when they have kids? I know people very well aware of cost of living and know it's increasing in CO and still chose to go live in CO with their kid at the end of the day because some choices are not just about your financial needs.

  5. when covid first hit all my friends all worked minimum wage jobs while i was working in construction operating machinery and they were making more off unemployment than I did working 50-70 hrs a week

  6. Never tried In-and-Out I wonder if itā€™s comparable to Steak-n-Shakeā€¦. Shake-Shack has really good shakes and burgersā€¦ Culverā€™s hits the spot of fries and custard^^ we now have several Whataburgerā€™s in Nashville but itā€™s forever busy so I probly will never get to try it šŸ˜… šŸ¤·šŸ½ā€ā™€ļø oh well. According to Caleb Iā€™m not missing out

  7. Absolutely agree, In-n-out is the worst and every California thinks it is the greatest burger of all time and there is literally nothing unique about it. and their fries are terrible.

  8. Watching your channel grow to 200k subscribers as I watch this video, then later in the video learning you will be breaking down your finances when you hit 200kšŸ¤Æ yeehaw

  9. Your credit issues are simply age of accts which you did as early as possible, but over 800 is kinda reserved for 28 years old and 10 year history. Maybe not fair but that last 50 pts is all about credit stamina and long income history

  10. I guess this type of collaboration helps Caleb so glad he was able to do it. But as a guest this guy didn't really resonate. I guess it would for those that wish to make it on YouTube and they can see what type of income they could expect if they make it big or know the right people but to be honest at that type of income level your not really worried about making it through the year, plus it looked like he was getting support from his family from the get go and those few "grinding" years were really just him working for extra cash and not for self support/survival. On to the next one!

  11. When they were talking about In N Out, and he called himself a burger connoisseur, I said to myself "anybody who calls themselves a burger connoisseur and likes In N Out probably also likes Thai food." Then the VERY next segment highlighted that he spent money eating at a Thai place. Nailed it. Thai guy alert.
