  1. Ladies the best self defense will always be grabbing the guys penis and his balls and pull them apart. They will never mess with you or anyone ever again. Also they will completely loose the will to fight.

  2. Both of you are the same height.
If it is a man and short woman some of those moves aren't so easy
Height does make a difference and body size.

  3. Yeah an old guy “friend” tried to beat me up he put me in a head lock I managed to fight him off but I need to learn how tl defend myself because I know it’s going to happen again :/

  4. These are some of the worst self defense techniques. People that are blue belts don't have the experience to be teaching! Not enough experience to truly understand what they are trying to teach!

  5. Another tip is if you need to, or your like rough housing with siblings and such, to make your opponent not fall be on the ground, you go behind them, put your hand on each shoulder put one of your knees a little above the butt, press your knee in a bit as your doing that pull their shoulders toward you, and then push them down. It makes it so they have no control of being able to keep balance for a sec, and is forced to fall down.

  6. With the second one. The position on the arm behind the attackers back with your opposing arm grabbing the outside of their other shoulder will not stop them from simply turning their body towards you and with your grips being on the wrist and outside shoulder they will headbutt, or elbow you in the face. Now credit due because if you want to take them down from behind you would strike the hollow of the knee but like I said not much to keep them (being a male with on average 30-70lbs on you) from turning around to proceed to straight jab you with the hand which your grip is outside their shoulder.

  7. I love the things you're talking about i.e control and grips I like that but I am really not a big fan of #1 and #2 here. The grips you have on number one are good right, but given the extension of the attackers arm he, and it would be a He, would simply jerk his arm away. Grips oaround the wrist are easy to break because of all the leverage and torque he can put behind his pulling away motion. Second you will not be able to take a grown man to the ground with a wrist lock. You occupied both your hands and he will smash your head with an elbow or punch.

The blue belt in Jiu-jitsu is what should be advocated for. LADIES! my wife is a Jiu-jitsu practitioner and she would still have a very hard time using just "self defense" techniques. Just learning one or two may allow you to go for a grip but in the heat of that moment your brain is racing because you have not simulated rolling (fighting/grappling) you need to train as much as you possibly can. The best place to start is Jiu-jitsu and mix in se striking periodically but train Jiu-jitsu with slaps it will help you stay HONEST with your Jiu-jitsu

  8. thank you so much for this. I have a school bully he is a boy he bullies me al the time so i challenge him on a fight and thanks to this i beat him! He is currently in a hospital the doctors said he is in a coma😁

  9. I’m 5’3 and slim. If someone 5’7 and up were to attack, I don’t think it would work. But an attack with someone close to my height —it would more likely work. These 2 women are basically the same height, yes.

  10. Last night, someone with obvious mental problems reached out and touched my breast and I just walked away but I should have told his mom ( he was like, thirty) but I didn’t and that’s why I’m watching the video.
