  1. There is more to the Link's Awakening ending, but you have to know Marin a bit to understand.

Earlier in the game, there is a scene in a beach where Marin still with Link. In it, she says that if she was a Seagull, she would go sing to people outside of the Island. Later in the game, she says that she made a wish to the Wind Fish and thus, when you see the secret ending, you realize that her wish became true. Hence why you see the image of Marin smiling, followed by a Seagull flying by. Considering that all the events of Link's Awakening are a dream, having Marin manifested as a Seagull means that the Wind Fish (and possibly Link) made "a dream come true".

  2. Aren't these all just incredibly picky? Why should you ever get something extra for something as time absorbing as getting everything? You have everything, it makes sense that the reward wouldn't be as good. Not like these games ever specifically asked you to get them all. Okay, the Skyrim one is pretty bad because they did ask you to get them all, but most of these didn't. Also, Link's Awakening's reward was always just gonna be a slight upgrade on the original. The ending is good enough on its own for a game of its size.

  3. Probably the most nonsensical parts of pokemon is the fact that Pokémon that are extinct/considered myth/aren't known to exist are all a part of the Pokedex and you need them to get the diploma.

  4. There was an achievement in Star Wars: The Force Unleashed where killing plenty of Stormtroopers as Darth Vader in the Kashyyyk prologue awards you with the trophy "Worst Day Shift Manager Ever". It was a reference to Chad Vader: Day Shift Manager.

  5. The "Getting Insulted" reward ending in "Gex" is like the ending to the "South Park" episode "Guitar Queer-o." When Stan and Kyle finally break one million points on "Guitar Hero," and the game says: "Congratulations!!! You – are – FAGS!!!" LOL As though the game itself is telling them: "With the time and energy you put into this game, you both could have learned to play a real guitar!"

  6. How about top 10 game reboots that interferred in the original timeline. I can think of some examples such as Call of Duty : Modern Warfare remastered where you can kill Makarov and Yuri, but also Zakhaev, at Ghilled up mission. Another example would be Crash Bandicoot, specially concerning the original sequels, like Wrath of Cortex and Twinsanity. This would make a great video, wouldn´t uou agree ?

  7. Have they done a vid of video game rewards that were worth the effort? If not, I’d say the following:
    1) Crom Faeyr from Baldur’s Gate II: Shadows of Amn
    2) The Spell of Mastery from Masters of Magic
    3) Tournesol from Final Fantasy XII (and/or Khumba from FFXII: The Zodiac Age)
    4) Azura’s Star or The Masque of Clavicus Vile from TES V: Skyrim
    5) The Shoryuken from Mega Man X2
    6) Cera Sumat (aka the Holy Avenger) from Icewind Dale II
    7) The Reaper’s Cudgel from the Golems of Amgarrak DLC for Dragon Age Origins
    8) The Abyssal Armor from Darksiders
    9) The perfect ending in Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King
