  1. I'll never quite understand why some vids have age protectors when others don't that seems quite as "bad." And why can't there's be a checkbox so we only have to ok the age protection ONCE? I'm not getting any younger and I'm over 18.

  2. Bolivian here, that was a .38 special and it is ilegal to have any caliber above .22 and there is a law that requires the robber to have a gun in order to shoot him. You can only react with equal force as the robber. The legal part is complicated, when something like this happens Police extort you

  3. One thing I keep noticing on home / self defense: Being dressed and ready to confront others is a plus. A few videos showing people in various stages of dress and wearing flip-flops, crocs etc. shows the value in having some clothing on your body and some better shoes / foot protection when we must do our jobs. Sometimes in real life we are not fully clothed or are barefoot and that is understood, but when going out about our business during the day (or checking your home in the evening or at night) it may just be a good idea to consider whether defense might enter into your life on that day (or at that time) and get ready for it. If out going about your day–just like carrying a gun for safety is an adaptation we make, considering clothing / shoes should also be part of that. And if needing to go check out what the bumps and thumps are when at home–pull on some clothing, perhaps get something to stabilize your feet. Because the most likely scenario is that the "bad guy" is most likely dressed for "his job" so as a defender, we may do better to be equally able to face the threat.

  4. There’s no way in hell that in Bolivia this guy almost was charged w manslaughter ur not fooling us. Seriously. In Bolivia? Right! Come on John what is going on w ur channel?!?

  5. It's very shocking that the defender could be hassled with charges if he did not have any cctv footage. This stupidity can inspire more home intruders. As a home owner, forget about the home intruder robbing our valuables, but rather we can't risk the intruder to put our lives in danger especially the risk for the intruder to enter into our family's room.

  6. Imagine getting face to face with Saint Peter and saying "in my last moments, I was punching out an amputee while I desperately tried ignoring the two .357 rounds in my sternum"

  7. Being charged for murder if you kill an intruder, welcome to almost everywhere outside USA. In Serbia where I live it's called exceeding necessary self defense. Now, since law abiding citizens don't have firearms anymore that means that if an intruder walks into your home with a gun, shoots and for some reason misses you only then you're allowed to defend yourself and others. But I would prefer my family visiting me in prison than in the cemetery or, god forbid, that I visit some of them in the cemetery…

  8. What a minute John!
You mean to tell me that walking around in your own home to secure your home is a problem?

If the criminal hadn’t broken into his house he would still be alive!

This man saw he had a gun and still attacked him, got shot and still fought him

  9. she said "some of us are having trouble getting up as we get older." No as we get fatter and less cardiovascular fitness. She looks middle age, there are plenty of retired old people in shape that get up fine.

  10. Violent attacker breaks into a person's home, attacks the person in the home, and before the video they wanted to press manslaughter charges?! No wonder the guy had cameras inside.

He might have the attitude but check out HOW HE’S HOLDING HIS GUN!!!! That is probably the cause the bad guy got so close to him!!!! Up to that moment he’s had the revolver in his hand like a banana!!!! Mr. Korea here always preach both hands on your weapon and that is a must!!!
