  1. Live a Thug's life…die a Thug's death. Stop siding with the career criminal. The black got what he deserved. Sooner or later, you will realize this is a black problem that only the black community can solve.

  2. INCORRECT!!! If you do not step in and help someone when their life is threatened (he pointed a gun at someone else and intended to kill if they did not hand over money) then you are an accomplice to the crime if you do nothing about it. Life was still in danger because if you do not hand over cash, lets say you don't have any, and the robber doesn't believe you, then he will commit bodily harm or even kill you and search your corpse. You have a right to end the threat before it ends you. Plus that money you have could be needed for food or medicine and if you lose it you could die or suffer later on. Pulling a weapon out with intent to harm forfeits your rights, im so sorry to tell you, but not sorry.

  3. There is nothing in the criminal law procedure, that says one can be prosectuted if he does not stop shooting at any given time during the event actively taking place. It only says once immediate action is necessary to prevent bodily harm and or death. This for the" engage " not disengage. Immediately necessary to engage the threat. Once that is met there is nothing in the law that say's stop when the threat is over, stop at shot #3, stop and make sure the threat is neutralized before continuing shooting and it doesn't even say you cannot reload a fresh mag and keep shooting.

It doesn't say thou shalt not taketh 9th shoteth. Everything after the " immediately necessary " and thats to start the enagagement, is judged not by law, but by opinion from those whom have a say in the law. This is the problem here that people don't understand thus causing the controversy of what happened.

  4. In texas the law states . that you can take out someone who is a danger. and how many bullets you use doesn't matter. also the last head shot. the perp could have said i'll blow you up with a hand grenade. so that last shot was okay too

  5. What a crock! There is no way the customers knew this guy was leaving the store, and neither does the FAKE NEWS! He could have been getting ready to assault another customer in the corner of the direction he was walking, or he could have been getting ready to turn around and shoot everyone. Stop defending and coddling these criminals!! He got what he deserved under the law!

  6. I saw the full unedited footage on Instagram. I can see why the police and the DA sent the case to the grand jury. The shooter may be in legal trouble because of the last five bullets.

  7. Oh Mama, your son had every intention on shooting and killing for chump change. The trauma the customers experience is the abuse. Your son abused himself. Period. I’m sorry for her loss but it’s no one fault but his own. What if he left the restaurant and killed somebody on his way out? It was a righteous decision. I support the hero who stopped the criminal.

  8. I have to unfollow because TOO MANY (chopped UP) videos are posted. My feed is almost solely News Nation. Unfortunate because I do enjoy the coverage.

  9. Don't call the shooter 'Good Samaritan', I felt he has made up his mind to kill the robber the moment he pulled up his gun on the blind side and started shooting him.
From the video, i could only see a clear intent to rob, it doesn't seem like a hostage situation, I don't know whether this matters, however, it is clear that the shooter went psychotic when he got an opportunity to shoot!!, a background check and investigation on the shooter could be helpful, I believe.

  10. The threat is there and is only over when the criminal is dead or has left the premises. He was fair game as soon as he pulled the weapon and pointed it at innocent customers.

  11. Exactly, 'he was dead already' requires a medical examiner to render an 'opinion'. The dead person was in the process of presenting lethal potential to multiple people during an illegal act. One of the victims at reasonable risk of bodily injury or death ended the threat. Parsing this out to attempt to minimize the culpability of the criminal and blame a victim is wrong.
Condolences to the criminals family and especially his mom.
What is the criminal record of the thief? He is dead, so any right to incident until proven guilty is gone, and restriction on considering his past criminal record is moot. Spend an equal amount of time discussing the robbers past crimes.

In my opinion, this hero is fcked. He's not a suspect YET. LOL. I can see anti-gun liberals and prosecutors saying he no longer acted in self-defense or fear of life like a crooked cop. The robber was dead or about to die. His gun was arm's length away when he got shot down after 4 initial shots. He shot him 1 more time after the "hero" picked up the robber's gun. That's why what he did was not justified. It was lawful until he unloaded a couple more when the man was clearly motionless.

The jury is inching to throw pronouns at him lol. I mean, I applaud the man for stopping the robber, but or however. There is always that but or a, however, lol. He better has a good lawyer to explain why he went from appropriate lawful action to inappropriate action (excessive overkill), decided to continue shooting a non-imminent threat as he approached to take the robber's gun and money that the robber stole, and then shot one more round?  Oh yeah, they are coming for that @ss lol.
