Hobbyist lock picking is fantastic, and I support that hobby. What UTAC brings to the table is “the WAY” that we utilize our skills in the field, or how to solve complex problems. Whether you buy the “Tactical Lock Picking” book, or whether you join us on some of our live video training seminars, or if you come to one of our in-person courses, we want to take you from zero experience up to the “WISDOM” level as fast as possible so that you CAN rely on your skills when real emergencies happen. 1. A variety of rakes can be your best friends if you're picking in the field. If you are under stress and not used to picking in that headspace, your fine motor skills aren't what they usually are. Shims, door hooks and a piece of soda bottle are great too, the keyway isn't the only way to attack a lock. If you don't have to be sneaky or put everything back where it was, lessons from criminals, like breaking a window or kicking the door in are great.

  2. Pat is again droppin knowledge like it is a 2000 pound JDAM. Have always loved the Not What To Think but the Ways To Think About It he has always shared. Hard to find another 3 min video that can change your outlook on the world.
