  1. Thanks for sharing! I've been working on the M1 for a while in my spare time but I don't have snake rake. Do you have a kit online that you would recommend that has that same snake rake?

  2. The take away is to never use any Master Lock product for protecting anything of importance. Mind you, their LOTO cores appear to be better than cores found within other locks in their product range. There are good reasons for none of us taking that company seriously. It is just one bad joke after another with them.

  3. The springs in this lock feel really strong, even with heavy tension I can't get anything to set.
Edit- 3 days later, I can't SPP it, rock it, rake it, or zip it. Not a single open since I bought it. I can't even feel a single pin set.
What are the chances the lock isn't "right"? The key does open it.

  4. Hello. Great video!!! The issue I am having is that the M1 Padlock is in a locked position, on it's side, with the springs on the right. I was able to pick one padlock relatively quickly (in a few minutes) that was in the same position on the right side of the toolbox, but the padlock on the left is giving me fits (as in about 30min of 2 separate attempts). The YouTube videos I've been checking out have all shown the padlocks to be in a spring-up position as in your video. There is no way to tip the stubborn padlock up so the springs are up. Any advice, please??

  5. Also can't get the m1 open I feel like the springs on the pins are alot stronger than other locks … I would like to know what's on the inside
