The system like always fails domestic violence victims when requesting restraining orders. They always need proof before providing restraining orders and then it has to go through a whole legal system of the court.
I think a new policy needs to be enforced where restraining orders can be given to anyone who feels threatened in any which way or form.
When children are involved in such a case then they need to find a mediator to exchange children.
