  1. A young man rear ended me 2 weeks ago going 45 mph while I was at a complete stop. My seat belts and airbags did not deploy and I had a 2018 Chevy. So yes, my car is totaled, and I sustained chest injuries. I've now spent a lot of time watching your video's and find them to be very helpful since I'm getting just under $23,000 from insurance. At age 72 I had hoped I'd not have to look for another car again. Wrong. You are giving me great advice. I'm trying to figure out the best way to find another "get rid of grandma's car". Thanks so much.

  2. Yeah the Germans realized clean ice is a fantasy. More hot air so to speak. Then moved on to the obvious performance boosting eco-friendly path. Because top quality
    innovation is there brand. ?

  3. The best way to find out which is the best cars to buy is to go to a car auction. You will never see a Toyota or Lexus or Honda because people drive these cars with no problems until they just fall apart . I have a friend who has a 1995 Lexus car with over 450,000 miles on it and just kept the maintenance up on it and the car looks new and no rust and runs great. I do believe most of the mileage is highway thou.

  4. hey scotty,, got a problem for you,,,, got a 86 Ford van wont run, changed out the ignition module, the ecm, its getting fuel, spark, what the world!! last time it ran is when someone tore up my muffler, changed it out,, I looked under there,, had a fuel filter stopped up, getting fuel, man, no fuses for the ecm, got any suggestions?? The ground is good from the battery to the starter, obvuously or it would try to start,, she cranks, but no starting!!

  5. Hey Scotty, I have a 2010 Audi A-4, electric power steering and air conditioner quit working. Took vehicle to dealership for repair. Dealer said wiring was shorted out. Dealer repaired the wiring charging me $600 for the repair. Told me problem was rodents were eating the wires. 24 hours later, same thing happened again. Called dealership, they said they
have would have to troubleshoot again. Took vehicle to same dealership, repaired again and told me wiring was chewed up by rodents. Again I was charged $600 for repair. What is going on here? Vehicle is a daily driver, have other vehicles that sit longer than this one, without any issues.

  6. Myy brother bought a 2020 Colorado, and, it was always at the dealer. They never got it to run right, and, they eventually had to buy it back, because Minnesota has a lemon law.

  7. You have to edit and splice three sound bites to make one sentence? Very hard to follow.. especially with your arms flailing around. You can do better!
Also, all we here about is what cars are junk.. How about naming the cars that are made well? GM/Chevrolet & Mopar/Chrysler are all cheaply made. How about Ford? I’ve had Fords most of my life, and they have been very good for the most part.
It’s not surprising that the new cars are more expensive to maintain, simply because there are so many computers and electrical components in them, and you need a master’s degree in computer science and engineering to figure out what’s wrong and what needs to be done to fix them.
Finally, you seem to be down on electric vehicles, but they have been on the market for awhile now, and the technology is getting better. The batteries are smaller and more efficient, the electricity used to charge them up generally comes from renewab😮le sources, and using less gasoline is definitely better for the environment.
