  1. Great advice, lets excessively stretch the ligaments that keep your back together without strengthening the surrounding muscles.
    Every person I have ever met that has been to a chiropractor, now needs to go every week to avoid crippling pain.
    The funny thing is that most of them initially go for reasons other than back pain, usually athsma or migraines.
